"Friendly welcome at all times, no time is inconvenient. Excellent friendly care to residents, prompt attention to any concerns I may have, staff are well trained, courteous and helpful at all times. Residents are treated as people with care and respect. Meals are varied, nutritious and well presented."

"It did not matter what time you went to see your relative you were made welcome with tea and coffee. Mum was always clean and dressed. Staff would talk to the residents as people, take them out regularly on day trips and flower shows which they loved. Mum enjoyed her last few years at Beech Lodge."
