Country Court Care welcome new learning & development team
It has recently been announced that Susannah Spencer and her team have joined Country Court Care from C2L (Care to Learn). Susannah joins Country Court Care with a wealth of experience in the industry, and has a proven track record of designing innovative and creative approaches to learning and development and a passion for improving older people’s quality of life.
With Susannah comes Adrienne Wright, Katy Heasman and Laura Newcombe as Learning Facilitators. They all extensive knowledge and experience in the industry and joined to help the company attain one its primary objectives, of becoming a “Person Centred Learning Organisation”.
The internal learning and development team will be responsible for providing guidance, management and provision of statutory learning programmes, along with the specialist areas that the group need to develop skills and knowledge further in order to sustain their excellent, award winning care services.
Discussing the new department, Susannah Spencer stated: “It’s going to be an exciting year ahead for Learning and Development at Country Court Care with the introduction of the internal learning department. Learning is pivotal to everything we do and together we can achieve this aspiration – the people that use our services, deserve support and care that is always exceeding industry standards.”
