Swanholme Court Care Home offers long term residential care. short term respite care and specialist dementia care in a warm, homely environment. Our home is situated in the South of Lincoln close to Hartsholme Country Park and  Birchwood and Boultham parks. There is easy access to the Lincoln bypass and city centre both by car and public transport. 

Residents enjoy a range of activities at Swanholme Court, the home is adjacent to the local Social Outreach Centre, where residents are able to take advantage of the hair salon, activities, library, shop and podiatrist. Our Well-being and Activities Coordinator arranges a daily schedule of activities and will encourage and support residents to continue to enjoy their hobbies and interests from cooking, gardening, crafts or games.

Swanholme Court Care Home has a warm and homely atmosphere, friends and visitors are welcome at any time. The home has 25 single rooms on the ground and first floor. Each room is spacious and has its own sitting area, W.C, hand basin, shower and bed with built in storage. Opportunity is given to personalise the room with your own furniture. The home is wheelchair accessible with a passenger lift to the first floor.

The newly refurbished lounge and dining room give residents the opportunity to socialise should they wish to in comfortable surroundings.
