Meet the family: Meet June

For people who've been living alone, the move to a care home can provide much-needed company, companionship and help to combat loneliness. Finding new friends with common interests, meeting the staff and enjoying visits can revitalise people's social life and give residents a new lease of life.

Meet June who lives at Priory Court Care & Nursing Home in Burnham-on-sea.

June is most proud of her family and says her favourite place to be is with her family. Her proudest achievement is being a good wife and mother. June is a great cinema fan and loved to go to the pictures with her husband. She loves to learn and even says she misses going to school!
