Located near Ampthill, Baycroft Flitwick Care Home provides high-quality residential and dementia care in a friendly and welcoming environment. Inspectors praised the team for their knowledge of safeguarding, following procedures correctly, and helping residents live healthy lives. They also highlighted the exceptional support given to residents and their families when someone needs end-of-life care.
Relatives also spoke highly of the care their loved ones receive. One relative said:
‘‘I have not seen [family member] so happy in a long time and I think this is down to how well cared for they are and how well the staff know them.’’
“‘[Family member] is 100% safe and is always very relaxed. When we go out, they always look forward to going back home to the service.’”
