Every day at Country Court our staff make a huge difference to the lives of the residents and families who are part of our homes, now more than ever. We know how hard everyone has worked this year and want to celebrate these achievements. We are delighted to be launching the 2020 Country Court Staff Awards, we have 3 categories for you to nominate a member of staff to win an award.
The winner of each category will receive a certificate, pin badge, Love2Shop voucher and one additional day's annual leave. The winners of the awards will be announced and presented with their prizes at the Christmas celebrations at each of our care homes.

Not sure which category to vote in? Nominate them in the most suitable one, we want to celebrate all our staff and we’ll make sure that they’re considered. There will be one winner in each category in each Country Court Care Home. The judging panel comprising of the Senior Management Team will review the nominations and winners will be announced at staff Christmas visits by a member of the Kachra family.
