Every day at Country Court our staff make a huge difference to the lives of the residents and families who are part of our homes, now more than ever. We know how hard everyone has worked this year and want to celebrate these achievements. Staff awards will be held in each of our 33 care homes, with three categories of awards.
All staff, families and visitors to each care home can vote, and people can vote as many times as they like. The judges base their selection on the reason for the nomination rather than the number of votes cast. Make sure you explain in as much detail as you can why you’re voting for the staff member you choose for each award.
The winner of each category will receive a certificate, pin badge, Love2Shop voucher and one additional day of annual leave for the 2022-23 period. The winners of the awards will be announced and presented with their prizes at the Christmas celebrations at each of our care homes.

Have they shared best-practice or used their experience and initiative to improve practices in the home? Maybe they have gone out of their way to support a new starter and make them feel welcome?
Each of us brings personality, warmth and a strong duty of care to Country Court. Our homes are places where help is always on hand, no matter what a person’s needs may be.
Tell us about someone who puts the wellbeing of residents at the heart of everything they do, from the smallest details to the biggest celebrations. Do they go out of their way to get to know their residents and deliver thoughtful and dignified person-centred care?
We aim to enrich the lives of everyone who lives or works with us. We believe that care homes shouldn’t be places of inactivity, they should represent the opening of a new chapter of life.
Tell us about someone who embodies our family values and makes a difference in the lives of our residents and families. Maybe they have created opportunities to bring residents together and encouraging friendships. Have they demonstrated dedication and commitment during a challenging year?
There will be one winner in each category in each Country Court Care Home. The judging panel, comprising of the Senior Management Team, will review the nominations, and winners will be announced at staff Christmas visits by a member of the Kachra family.
