Neale Court Care Home is in a quiet area of North Hykeham, our home is comfortable and homely. Residents enjoy generous sized rooms with kitchenette and en-suite shower. The lounge and dining area are bright and welcoming spaces where people can enjoy activities and the companionship of others, alongside dedicated residential and dementia care.
The 23 bedrooms at Neale Court are bright, comfortable and homely with their own kitchenette and en-suite shower. Resident’s dignity and privacy are always respected, with carers understanding preferences for entering people’s rooms. Those with us are encouraged to personalise their rooms with personal belongings and make the most of their own individual space.
We encourage our residents to continue enjoying their hobbies, so for those who have appreciated spending time in the garden, we continue to support them here at Neale Court Care Home. Gardening is great for mental well-being and stimulation and our residents take much pride from their flowering displays and vegetable produce.
Our lounge is both comfortable and tastefully furnished, helping residents feel settled and at home. Residents can relax in this area, just as they would have at home, while we look after their every need. Our light and airy dining room offers a comfortable space for meals, with tables always set for the most dignified experience.
Rebecca has worked for Country Court since 2004. At our sister home, Ruckland Court in Lincoln, Rebecca progressed from Care Assistant to Senior Carer and then Deputy Manager before moving to Neale Court Care Home as Home Manager. Rebecca is both experienced and qualified as she holds a Level 5 Diploma in management and NVQ Levels 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care.
Emma has worked at Neale Court since 2016, she lives locally and loves working with people. She keeps the administration running smoothly for the home and brightens everyone's day as she's always smiling!
Gary joined Country Court in April 2019 as Chef Manager here at Neale Court. Gary loves feel part of a good team, and that he’s doing something positive for people. Gary works closely with the care team to ensure that people’s dietary requirements are met and that they have a balance and healthy diet. He enjoys getting involved in activities with residents and encouraging people to try new foods.
