Swanholme Court Care Home is a purpose-built care home in the Hartsholme area of Lincoln. Residents enjoy spacious comfortable rooms with en-suite shower and a courtyard garden with raised beds. The lounge and dining areas are warm, welcoming and comfortable spaces for residents to relax and enjoy the company of others.
The 27 bedrooms at Swanholme Court are bright, comfortable and homely with their en-suite shower rooms. Our facilities encourage independence but carers are always on hand to help, respecting preferences for entering people’s rooms. As this is their own space, residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms and make themselves properly at home.
Our lounge is cosy, comfortable and tastefully furnished, encouraging our residents to relax in comfort. They can settle into their favourite chair for a rest, join their friends for a chat or join in with one of our regular activities, whatever makes them feel most at home.
Our light and airy dining area is clean and bright, to give residents a dignified and comfortable dining experience. Our tables are laid ready for the forthcoming meal just as you would at home, giving a homely and relaxed atmosphere in which people can enjoy their meals.
We encourage our residents to continue to enjoy their hobbies and pastimes, and for those who have appreciated spending time in the garden, we continue to offer that opportunity here at Swanholme Court Care Home. It's one of the most popular activities at our home, with resident's efforts winning the Country Court in Bloom gardening competition 2017.
Lisa is our Manager at Swanholme Court and has many years’ experience in caring for older people. Lisa has been with Country Court for over 15 years, previously managing Swanholme Court and working as Deputy Manager at its sister home Eccleshare Court. Her hard work and dedication were recognised with a staff award for treating residents, staff & relatives with dignity, respect, care & compassion.
Dawn has worked at Swanholme Court's sister home since 1996 as a care assistant, before moving on to become the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator here at Swanholme Court. Dawn is now a carer at Swanholme and loves to spend time with the residents, getting to know them and their interests.
