So it’s the job of the Wellbeing Coordinator to ensure that however old you are, you’re able to live life to the full and we shake things up a bit! The role has real impact in our homes. Whatever our resident’s passion, interest and physical ability, this role will give ‘Activities’ some real meaning.

Our homes are full of life, laughter and activity – and our Wellbeing Coordinators are right at the heart of making it happen. From organising exciting activities and outings to creating those unforgettable moments for residents and their families, this role is all about making every day meaningful.

As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll be bringing energy, fun and creativity into our homes – whether it’s planning events, running engaging sessions, or simply making sure there’s always something to enjoy, take part in, or look forward to.

We’ll support you every step of the way with specialist training, resources and encouragement to help you thrive in your role. You’ll be empowered to make a real difference, delivering life-enhancing experiences that improve wellbeing and create a truly great place to live and work.
