Residents and staff at Marling Court Care Home in Hampton, Southwest London are celebrating after receiving their latest CQC Report, rating them ‘Good in most areas. Situated in Hampton, Southwest London, Marling Court Care Home offers the highest standards of residential, dementia care in a homely setting.
Residents and staff of Marling Court told CQC “"She [registered manager] is great, charming, professional, when I've asked for help, I've had it" and "Very humble, giving time to listen, approachable, co-operating and we can always ask anything."
One relative told the CQC inspectors, " "I do feel my relative is safe", "Doors are coded and the staff are friendly and focused".
The Home manager, Gloria George, commented on the inspection.
“ I am forever grateful for the team at Marling Court and the hard work we all put in to meet the CQC standard which is good, hoping we continue to work and grow together to reach outstanding on their next visit .“
