Ruckland Court Care Home are delighted with their recent CQC report, rating them as ‘Good’ in all areas following a recent unannounced inspection. The report noted the positive culture in the home and found it focused upon achieving good outcomes for people.
“The staff team here at Ruckland Court Care Home go the extra mile every day to deliver excellent care and support for our residents, this is reflected in the positive comments in the report” said Alykhan Kachra, Managing Director of Country Court Care.
Home Manager Claire Ward was especially pleased that the report highlighted the atmosphere at the nursing home describing it as “an overall atmosphere of warmth and family”. The inspectors spoke to one staff member who described the home as being like a “family home”
The report noted how people's privacy, dignity and independence were respected and promoted. A resident told inspectors, "The staff are always so discreet and pleasant when they want to do anything with you, they always ask."
