Three Country Court team members recognised in care sector Power List 2022

Country Court is delighted to share the news that three members of the management and support team are listed in the Care Home Professional Power List 2022. The Care Home Professional Power List, sponsored by Radar Healthcare, highlights the biggest players in the industry across five different categories. The List is designed to profile the most inspiring, dedicated and talented individuals who, through one means or another, make a difference to their colleagues and the individuals they care for.

Donna Baker, Area Manager, is listed in the Operations and Development category. Donna is listed for her outstanding loyalty, hard work and dedication. She is highly knowledgeable and keen to share best practices with home managers in the group of care and nursing homes that she oversees.

Teresa Torres, Home Manager at Oakview Lodge, is recognised in the Care Quality & Compliance category. Teresa is renowned for her meticulous approach to compliance in her care home. Teresa has exceptional attention to detail and a highly systematic approach, which has seen standards at the home rising. She has recently received excellent feedback from the local Care Commissioning Group, relatives and GPs regarding her high standards and good care at the care home.

Clare Hedge, Home Manager at Lakeview Lodge, is listed in the Leaders of Tomorrow category. She has led her staff team through the COVID pandemic with dedication and attention to detail.

Clare has been at the forefront of introducing a digital care planning system, Nourish, at Country Court. She pioneered its use to proactively manage a falls prevention initiative. Using the Nourish system, Clare analysed where and when falls occurred most frequently in the home.
