Beech Lodge Care & Nursing Home is in a quiet rural location near Holbeach with views over the open fields and surrounding countryside. Our nursing home is fully equipped to meet our residents nursing and care needs, whilst being tastefully and comfortably furnished. Our garden is fully accessible and residents love to spend time outside in the summer months.
Our bedrooms are spacious and bright with en-suite shower rooms and plenty of scope for people to personalise their own areas. Bedrooms are residents’ private spaces to relax and be comfortable, safe in the knowledge that we are here to help with anything they need.
The shared lounge and dining areas at Beech Lodge are bright and airy with beautiful views over surrounding farmland. Residents can take in the changing seasons and local wildlife, providing talking points while relaxing in their favourite chair. All of our communal spaces are dementia friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout, to help all of our residents feel comforted and relaxed.
Our residents love a trip to the salon to see the hairdresser or barber and always leave with a smile on their face feel-good factor and sense of wellbeing. For many of our residents, a set and blow-dry is part of their weekly calendar, while our Activities & Well-being Co-ordinators provide hand pampering, nail painting and even makeup for special occasions.
Our garden is a favourite place and a chance to be close to nature in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside. We always enter the Annual Country Court in Bloom competition, producing a wonderful display of flowers and selection of vegetables. Residents enjoy their own flower beds and pots, taking responsibility for planting and watering to continue a hobby they have always enjoyed.
Anu is committed and passionate about getting to know each resident and their family individually in order to deliver the highest standards of individualised care. She operates an open-door policy and welcomes families and residents to join her for a chat over a cuppa any time.
Karen joined Country Court Care in October 2014 as a Senior Carer and has been a fully qualified nurse at Beech Lodge since July 2015. She has since progressed through to Deputy Manager. Karen qualified as a nurse in the Philippines and came to the UK to further her career. Karen is very proud of her staff team at Beech Lodge and says its a pleasure to work with such a caring and compassionate team.
Sinoj has worked at Country Court for 8 years, moving to Beech Lodge in Lincolnshire in 2014. Sinoj started as a Senior Carer and is now a qualified nurse and has progressed to Deputy Manager. He plans and leads each shift at the home, working closely with Care Assistants, the Activities team and all other staff members.
