Our Care colleagues are at the heart of our homes and provide vital day-to-day support to our residents in nursing, residential care and in the home. In this role, you’ll be supporting all kinds of people at different stages of health and life and you will caring for each of our residents individual requirements. Person-centred care is at the heart of all our homes and we really do ensure all our residents feel special and at home.

Having those care values is vital to a happy home, so we love to hear from those who really do want to make a difference to peoples lives. Being a Care Assistant is a busy role and so being able to thrive with lots to do is a real asset!

Each day is different and we want our Care Assistants to love their work, so we embrace our care staff as part of the Country Court family.

Working shifts throughout the week is usual and most of our shifts are 7am to 7pm or 8am to 8pm, however we know that lives are busy and juggling home and work is key to happy colleagues. Just let us know in your interview if part time work is what you’re looking for or you are just looking for a specific number of shifts each week.
