There is no compromise in our food, and we provide a 5 star service in meals, snacks, cakes pastries and beverages. All consumed in amazing homes, dining rooms, coffee shops and private dining and fine areas, makes mealtimes even more special.
We know that being able to have passion for the food you create is so important to our Chef Managers, Chefs and kitchen teams, and we support you to do this, in fact we want you to be imaginative, have flair and showcase your talent in quality, healthy and really tasty food.
In our homes, dining is about nutrition and social interaction, so our teams focus equally on both aspects.
One of the other many things that makes Country Court homes different from the rest is the high expectations at every one of the team. Our housekeeping team members are central to the delivery and maintenance of these high standards. Once again, attention to detail is key.
There is no compromise when it comes to cleanliness and the visual appeal of both public areas and each resident's personal space. Care of our residents' clothing is given extra special attention with a quick turnaround – while 100% complete and correct laundering is a matter of particular pride.
Our housekeeping team never forget that the place they work is our residents' home and so their focus is constantly on ensuring that every aspect of the building and the services that are delivered within are no less than they would expect for themselves.
