Residents and staff at The Grange Care Home in Newport near Saffron Walden held a 1980’s themed party. Everyone enjoyed live entertainment, 80’s themed food and 1980’s themed dress up. ‘Everyone danced and sang the afternoon away with their friends and families’ Commented Home Manager Lijo Varghese.
‘Residents loved singing songs from throughout their youth, especially resident Rita who couldn’t help but burst into song & dance. She gets everyone up and moving and has such an infectious smile that you can’t help but feel happy’ Commented Yvonne Gray.

‘It’s been great to welcome guests from Debden Grange retirement village next door to join in with our events. It was great for our residents to make new friends, they loved all the songs and sang along with each and every one.
