The Care Home Catering Awards was presented at the Care Home and Hospital Catering Forum, held at Haberdashers Hall in London on Thursday 8th June. During the day, speakers shared their insight with attendees on a range of topics facing the sector, providing presentations on how to manage food waste, tackle the importance of textured-modified diets in vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as several case studies.
