Whether it be greeting residents' visitors, ensuring that a new potential resident's family are well informed and looked after, or ensuring that financial issues are handled smoothly, our receptionists and admin team assume a key set of responsibilities in each home.
At our Head Office, all our support services also work hard to deliver a great resident experience. Working very closely with all our homes each and every day, we all work together in order to make Country Court the best in care home services. Our support functions include finance, marketing, training, people, recruitment, estates, reception, IT, project team and much more….
Attention to detail is a critical skill, as is the constant desire to look for better and more efficient ways to ensure our home runs smoothly. Such passions characterise every member of our admin and support teams. No two days are the same, so an appetite for the unexpected and an ability to adapt to events are key attributes. Equally a passion for caring for people is key. We are all part of the Country Court family.
