Care with a Difference

Our residents are at the heart of everything we do at Country Court and our compassionate care teams are dedicated to ensuring quality personalised care and comfort of each of our residents. We provide a range of enjoyable activities that encourage socialisation and interaction. Each of our home’s provides onsite access to peaceful, well-maintained gardens for residents to spend time in, gardening, tending to vegetable patches or simply spending time in the sunshine.

Providing individual care that incorporates resident’s interests, hobbies and personal tastes is an important aspect of life at a Country Court Care Home. When a resident becomes a part of one of our homes, our staff will spend time getting to know their individual needs and personality, this facilitates each of our homes to provide personalised, tailored care to each individual.

Personalised Mealtimes and Dining Delights

Our in-house catering teams are experienced in providing quality, nutritious meal-plans that our residents are encouraged to get involved in planning. Using only fresh, wholesome ingredients, residents can request restaurant standard meals based on their personal tastes and preferences.

A seasonal weekly menu is offered in all our residential care homes, while our homes with cafes also provide snacks and refreshments throughout the day.All our meals are prepared on-site by our experienced catering team and some of our homes maintain homegrown vegetable and herb gardens on the grounds which contribute to our tasty home-cooked meals.

Precious Moments Dementia Care

Our staff are experts in providing specialist dementia care across our homes and part of our goal is ensuring that our dementia care homes are enjoyable places to live with plenty of activities and meaningful moments to enjoy. Country Court support the Dementia Friends Initiative, the Dementia Pledge and the Dementia Care and Support Compact, which all contribute to setting the standards of dementia care across the UK. Part of our commitment is providing support and care for people with dementia, their carers and their families and changing the way dementia care is offered for the better.

Loneliness and isolation are long-standing issues for those living with dementia and part of the Dementia Friends Initiative is striving to create a better understanding of caring for others with dementia. Supported by building larger groups of dementia-friendly communities and businesses, the Dementia Friends Initiative aims to reduce the negative stigma around people with dementia. This also contributes to providing a wider network of support groups for friends, families and carers of individuals with dementia.
