The Lord Mayor then presented staff with their awards and congratulated them on providing a warming and loving environment for residents to enjoy.

"We’ve had a wonderful day” said Deputy Home Manager, Margaret Richards “It’s been a great opportunity to open our doors to the local community and show people what life is like at Heartlands Nursing Home

The day of celebrations started with a coffee morning which residents enjoyed with their families and local people.
