Lyncroft Care Home in Wisbech, recently held its annual Bingo Fundraiser Night at Emneth village hall. The fundraiser was well attended with over 100 people from the local community turning up to show their support.
The money raised will provide additional activities for the Residents at Lyncroft Care Home. “Plans are already underway for more 'Make a Wish' experiences for the residents, as well as animal encounters, live music, and regular cinema and theatre trips.” Commented Wellbeing Coordinator Sarah Perkins.
The Bingo Night included twelve games of bingo, with Lyncroft’s Customer Relations Manager, Mel Cushen making her debut as bingo caller. with the popular raffle included many fantastic prizes thanks to generous donations from local businesses including Wendy’s, Dominos, Light Cinema, Dean Helsdon and Helly’s Nail Creations.

It was heartwarming to see support not only from families of current residents but also from those whose loved ones were previously cared for by Lyncroft. The night was filled with smiles, laughter, and a strong sense of community.”
